 DETOX
Break destructive habits / Use truth to overcome negative thought patterns / Find out who you really are / Detox the effects of the past.
This course helps people learn about how to follow Jesus and grow up in the Christian faith. It includes a day away called Steps to Freedom, which helps us deal with negative influences and unresolved spiritual conflicts in our lives. By learning to live in Christ's truth and freedom, we really can reach our full potential.
The next course will start on Thursday 26th Jan 2012 and run every Thursday (except 1st March) until 29th March. There will be an away day on 17th March which will include freedom appointments. All sessions will at the X-Centre, Commercial Road, Exeter. EX2 4AD and start at 7.30pm.
