ENGAGEMENT LEAD
Hours: 18h - 22h per week
Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 p/annum pro rata

Role Introduction:
ENC is recruiting for two part time positions to replace our current full time Admin Manager. We are looking for an excellent Engagement Lead and a brilliant Operations Assistant who will strengthen our community and boost our operational effectiveness. *
The Engagement Lead is a brand new role at ENC which has been created to develop the culture of welcome and connection across our church. The role combines front-of-house hospitality, communications, and community engagement. The postholder will be a key relational presence in the church, ensuring the community is supported and well-connected. The successful applicant will independently lead and coordinate a growth of connection and engagement in church activities, enabling the whole church to flourish and see ‘On earth as in heaven’ for Exeter and beyond.
