Youth Leader

• Contract: Permanent

• Hours: Full-time, 37.5h per week

• Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 p/annum depending on experience

• Closing Date: Wednesday 7th May 2026

Role Introduction:

This role exists to lead and develop a vibrant youth ministry, building environments where discipleship and spiritual growth are central. Through engaging midweek and Sunday gatherings, as well as creative outreach initiatives, the aim is to nurture faith in new believers, challenge and stretch those already on their journey, and empower all young people to live Spirit-filled, missional lives in their everyday contexts.
